More explanatory error messages.

Many of us have received an error from PenguBot. Maybe the song you try to play is blocked for PenguBot, maybe your text for p!achievement is too long and so on.

When there's an error, Pengu always says I am very sorry but was an error, please try again or contact us at .

I think that instead of always redirecting users to our server, error messages could be shorter and more explanatory.

For ex.

• When a song is blocked, Pengu could just say :penguCross: This track is blocked for me. Try playing something else!
• When the text for p!achievement is too long, Pengu could just say Your sentence cannot be longer than [number] characters
• etc.

Also while I understand that you get a lot of members in that way, it would be easier for everyone if the error messages would be edited.

Thanks for the suggestion, we definitely should work on this so it sends things like error codes which users can provide us and we can easily provide them support for it or have a bot which replies in the support channel if an error code is matched. Could be very useful when the staff team is not available.

Music errors at the moment are restricted to what Lavalink returns, meaning its hard for us to properly manage them.

We plan to implement some kind of internal error tracking so users can provide a code that the bot would output and we can search up the error with the full error trace and stuff.
