This issue tracks the triage for a AQA test run of OpenJDK 8, 11, 17, and 21 on Windows Server 2025.

Through this, we'd like to ensure there are no critical issues for OpenJDK 8, 11, 17, and 21 on Windows Server 2025.

I see pipeline builds are running https://ci.adoptium.net/view/Test_grinder/job/AQA_Test_Pipeline/. Feels like those builds are for dynamic windows. @steelhead31 Do we have tests on windows Server 2025 triggered? Just to confirm @jiekang on need for JDK25?
