Load and prepare the Motor Vehicle Collisions – Crashes dataset for borough-level analysis.

• Dataset successfully loaded
• Retain columns: collision_id, borough, latitude, longitude
• Filter to 2025 onward
• Drop rows with missing borough
• Save as crash_location_2025.csv
