Setting the localization option {"locale": "de"} within the 'Configuration' seems to have no effect for axis ticklabels.
I want the ticklabels to be displayed in German with typical german datetime-format (e.g. 'dd.MMMM') and without manually creating the translation for each month.
Is the localization-feature (described here) supported by the plotly-panel?
I'm using Grafana 9.0.6 with the latest plotly-panel (v0.5.0).
