As you may know human PPI interaction databases curate interactions from knowledge transfer from other organisms like mouse.
So you have two options: you build your own mouse PPI network from various resources, OR you take an integrated human PPI network and map it to mouse homologs to create a mouse PPI. The latter approach has been validated and it also seems to work for other species. Reason it works is that the connectivity of human genes in PPI nets correlates on average with that of mouse genes.
