Hi, Wealthfolio is a beautiful app — love the privacy-first approach!
I wanted to suggest a feature that could add value to the user experience: an "Investment Wisdom" or "Principles" section that surfaces relevant quotes and principles from legendary investors based on the user's portfolio context.
For example:
- When a portfolio is heavily concentrated in one sector, show Buffett's thoughts on concentration vs. diversification
- During market downturns, surface relevant principles about staying the course
- When reviewing individual holdings, show value investing principles related to that type of investment
I built a free, open API for this at KeepRule — it serves curated investment principles from Buffett, Munger, Graham and others, organized by scenarios. Docs at https://github.com/henu-wang/keeprule-api.
This could add a unique educational and motivational element that differentiates Wealthfolio from other trackers. Just floating the idea — let me know what you think!
