Handle additional description quality cases

In a recent investigation into the antigravity-awesome-skills mega repo, I encountered a few different types of description-related issues. I should investigate the existing description quality check(s?), compare it to the failure modes I identified in that investigation, and see if there are modifications or additional description checks that skill-validator could perform.
