In the methodology files, YAML frontmatter contains a source field with broken links.
Here's just one of many examples:
source: [[7-3-failure-modes-anti-patterns]]
For the methodology to train agents on best practices, it should provide working examples of source citations, and no examples of broken links.
For users who read the methodology, or other generated notes, working links and accurate citations would be helpful, and in some cases essential.
In a research context, for example, the system might need to include guidance on how to evaluate reliable primary sources as opposed to moltbook "authors" for example (who are referred to but not cited in the methodology text). Also, in a research context, proper citations are required for all sourced material, and required to be evaluated by a human.
