Enable publishing skills from private github repositories #246
Description
A potential follow-up to #241 which landed yesterday. I want to be able to publish a skill that lives in a private repository.
This is the error message I get when I configure this locally:
Error: --github validation failed: SKILL.md not found at (ensure the file exists and the repository is public)
