ux: no guidance between squads init and squads run — first run gap #674
Description
Problem
Most users who run squads init never execute a squad. README Quick Start ends at squads status with no guidance on what to run next.
No example squads run {squad}/{agent} command, no expected output, no printed suggestion after init.
Evidence
Telemetry shows a significant drop-off between init and first run — less than 20% of users who init ever run a squad. Burst cohorts (HN/demo traffic) show near-zero first-run conversion.
Proposed Fix
Add squads run intelligence/scanner example with expected output to Quick Start.
Print "Setup complete. Run: squads run intelligence/scanner" at end of squads init.
