App closing after a couple of minutes

Bought this the other day. But after a couple of minutes of watching the whole app will just close

Can you give more details about what is causing it to crash? What channel are you watching? Are you opening chat? (Assuming you're opening chat) does it happen right after opening chat, after a lot of messages, after a lot of emotes, or just seemingly randomly?
