Report on current status of testing in AIOD-rest-api

We should check the current status of tests in this repository, as discussed today, @rohansen856.

set up developer workflow, running all tests (locally or remote) for this repo

• current dev docs [DOC] Add setup documentation for aiondemand and AIOD-rest-api aiondemand#55 https://github.com/gc-os-ai/openml-project-dev/pull/9
• make a list of all tests that run or fail on current main; do all tests run?
• if not all tests run, report as issues on the repo
• check if the developer docs are complete and sufficient; if not, please directly respond on the PR on gaps or missing content (e.g., how to run tests)

Hey! I'd like to help with this.

Here's my plan:

Run the test suite locally — clone the repo, follow the dev setup docs, and run pytest src/tests to see the current state
Catalog results — list which tests pass, which fail, and why (missing deps, config issues, etc.)
Report failures — open a separate issue for each distinct failure with reproduction steps
Review the dev docs — go through the contributing guide and developer docs to check if the setup steps are clear and complete; leave comments on gaps directly on the relevant PR/docs

Will start with the local run and report back with findings.
