Brief Description or Elevator Pitch: Work in progress tool that will hopefully be adopted as an official municipal project one day. Currently just built for the fun of it. The goal is to log ship activity as they enter, stay, and leave the harbor. The municipality currently has no system to log this activity, meaning people monitor it all manually, even outside of office hours. The log is an indication intended to prompt harbormasters to use cameras to verify the arrival and departure times of ships, allowing the harbormasters to register the activity, bill the ship owner, and in doing so comply with municipal policy.
