A Brazilian colleague asked whether it is possible to include a more detailed version of the mean-log deviation decomposition.
The main decomposition is possible using the svygeidec fucntion.
However, a more detailed decomposition, such as that in Table 4 of Mookherjee and Shorrocks (1982), is currently impossible.
Consider adding a new function for that.
