[Feature Request] Full Screen Mode button in the Reader

Another one to help when using chrome on android tables. Chrome on Android leaves some rather chunky header and footer. The hope would be to add a full-screen button under the hamburger.

In the reader, the header and footer slide off the screen when you tap the center third of the page, leaving only the page image filling the screen. Or they should. Is this not working?
