I did the first experiment from the README using the 'Option A'.. and it worked prefectly (!!!!)
I did notice when I went to test the webpage that remote-factory hadn't verified that I had node.js and npm installed. That would be an easy thing to check and add to the 'Build complete' text. In this case it was super clear what was needed.. but it may not always be so
