Feature Request: mouse click detection

Would be nice to draw a circle around the cursor when the user clicks (optional setting).

Similar to how macOS does it.

Status update: not landed yet — the 2.0.x releases focused on rewriting the whole recording engine (.NET 9 + Windows.Graphics.Capture). Click visualization stays on the wishlist, and the new engine makes overlay features like this easier to add.
