[NG] GetSitSleepState() returns incorrect value in AE v1-6-1170-0

Hi. Could you check this issue? In SE (1.5.97) it works fine, but I get incorrect value every time in AE 1170. I use ng branch

This is a community effort, so the expectation is you can report and someone who uses it can fix it. That may be you. I'll review PRs but I only tend to fix things I use.
