Spatial correlation in the PLS model

Hi,

First, thanks for developing the Imaging Transcriptomics toolbox—it's been incredibly helpful for my research.

I have a quick question about the models of partial least-squares (PLS) regression and mass univariate correlation analysis in this toolbox. Do these models take spatial correlation into account, like using spin-based permutation tests or any other methods?

yes in fact both methods use spin-based permutations tests to assess correlations.
