[Bug] Cannot Return to Call/Navigation When Using the Default Status Bar

Hi,

To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:

1. Set the Status Bar Style as Default Status Bar.
2. Start a call or enable turn-by-turn navigation.
3. Go to the home screen.
4. Tapping the blue/red/green status bar will not take you back to the call/navigation.

The same issue is also present in the iPad status bar. The iPhone X status bar works as expected.

• Device: iPhone 7 Plus
• iOS Version: iOS 12.0

Update: forgot to mention that the status bar works if you tap it within an app.
