I installed this tweak on my iPhone 7 (iOS 13.1.3) jailbroken with checkra1n, and everything seems to be working except the bar gestures and the lockscreen toggles (they're out of bounds of the screen). I can use the lockscreen gestures but not the rest of the gestures.
