No "Start" Option

There is no option to "Start" this extension.

I have a code block selected and I see no option for formatting it.

Turns out I solved it by uninstalling Code Blocks and installing it again by selecting IN Google Docs Extensions -> Add-ons -> Get Add-ons -> Search for Code Blocks -> Install.
