[sec-core] feat(agent-sec-core): Add metrics for security modules and generate reports based on security events

Problem Statement

Currently, all the security events are not logged and users are not aware of them.

Proposed Solution

1. Generate metrics for all security events locally (maybe in the cloud in the future)
2. provide commands to query all the security events in the past
3. provide summary for each session when session is ended
