Anyway to change claude code ANTHROPIC_* env to use it without other providers

I use other providers with cc so would like to know how to change the ENV so it can point to right provider of choice.

Hey @shahidcodes — good news: this works today with zero Factory Floor configuration. Just put the env vars in your shell profile.

How it works under the hood: FF launches the Coding Agent as \$SHELL -lic 'claude ...' (login + interactive shell). That means your ~/.zshrc (zsh) / ~/.bash_profile (bash) / ~/.config/fish/config.fish (fish) gets sourced every time a workstream opens. FF doesn't filter or strip any ANTHROPIC_* or CLAUDE_CODE_* variables.

Examples — pick whichever provider you're on:

Anthropic-compatible proxy (LiteLLM, internal gateway, etc.):

export ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL=https://your-proxy.example.com
export ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=your-key
```

AWS Bedrock:
```bash
export CLAUDE_CODE_USE_BEDROCK=1
export AWS_REGION=us-east-1

plus your normal AWS creds (AWS_PROFILE / AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID / etc.)

```

Google Vertex:
```bash
export CLAUDE_CODE_USE_VERTEX=1
export ANTHROPIC_VERTEX_PROJECT_ID=your-project
export CLOUD_ML_REGION=us-east5
```

Save the file, then either relaunch FF or open a new workstream — the login shell re-sources on each invocation.

Per-project providers (different endpoints per repo) aren't supported yet. .factoryfloor.json currently only has setup / run / teardown, no env key. If that's what you actually need, say the word and I'll file a separate enhancement for adding an env block. Otherwise closing this as answered.
