Add integration with TUnit

TUnit is a relatively new test framework built on top of Microsoft.Testing.Platform.

Here it is on nuget.org: https://www.nuget.org/packages/TUnit.

@delatrie Maybe generalized support for Microsoft Testing Platform (MTP) could be added? It would cover TUnit/Xunit3 and all other new frameworks. (Not sure if it's even possible, but worth discovering imo)
