Combobox text search for retailer filter is disabled on mobile

I've disabled the text search for the retailer filter combo box as this was causing problems on mobile devices.

It looks like if the user presses open the combo box, then focuses the text search, the keyboard popping up will cause the combo box to close.

Might just leave the text search disabled on mobile devices. Not sure yet.
