I though the status (0/1) meant if the radar is active or no longer active. For most of the radars that send data to OPERA, that is how it is used.
However, based on #14 (comment) it seems the status is also used to indicate whether the radar data is submitted to OPERA or not. I think this should be clarified, since we currently have:
