The same error, the location is Russia, turning on/off the VPN does not help. I have no idea how to turn off ipv6. Is it necessary to block traffic at the router level?

Having the same issue. Disabling ipv6 on my phone via dns allowed me to refresh exactly one app before the problem recurred
