[Documentation] Rework Sauce Labs section to lead with Sauce Connect tunnel

Reworks the Sauce Labs section of the "Running tests using device cloud services" docs page so it leads with the Sauce Connect Proxy tunnel method, which supersedes the older public-VM approach.

What changed

• New: Sauce Connect Proxy tunnel (recommended) — run AltTester® Desktop locally, start the tunnel with --proxy-localhost allow, and connect with the default AltDriver() (127.0.0.1:13000). No public VM and no rebuild-per-IP.
• Kept: public-VM walkthrough — preserved as a secondary option (now clearly labelled).
• Removed the stale "we are now working on Sauce Connect Tunnel Proxy … instructions shortly" note — the instructions are now here.
• Fixed a copy-paste "BrowserStack test device" reference inside the Sauce Labs section.

Tested: Sauce Connect Proxy tunnel flow on iOS

Environment:

• Sauce Connect Proxy: 5.5.1
• AltTester® Desktop: 2.3.2
• Appium.WebDriver: 4.4.0 (matching the example project)
• AltTester-Driver: 2.2.5
• Device: iPhone 15 (real device, Sauce Labs eu-central-1)
• Build: TrashCat.ipa instrumented with AltTester® Unity SDK, default connection settings (127.0.0.1:13000)
• Test project: EXAMPLES-CSharp-Cloud-Services-AltTrashCat

Results:

• 71 tests discovered and executed
• The app connected to AltTester® Desktop through the Sauce Connect tunnel as expected
• Test failures are due to the build being made without addressables (missing game scenes/assets) — unrelated to the Sauce Labs integration
• The tunnel, Appium session, and AltDriver connection all worked as documented

Conclusion

The documented Sauce Connect Proxy tunnel approach works as described. The code examples are correct for Appium.WebDriver 4.4.0.

Currently the examples use version Appium.WebDriver 4.4.0, which is not aligned with the latest releases. The SauceLabs documentation itself references a version greater than 8. Moving this issue back to TODO in order to address this.
