Sign the Windows installer with a trusted certificate (to bypass SmartScreen warnings)

I am getting this output in powershell:

I just downloaded the newest version (14.3) and tried copying it over my old install but that didn't help. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

(BTW can't wait to start using the daemon! I only learned about it just now when trying to fix this!)

Prob because M$ Windows Blocking anything that has not paid for their digital signature to be run
Code-signing certificates for .exe and .dll files from a Certificate Authority (CA) in the Microsoft Trusted Root Program
~$900 per year .... their are other 3rd party ways to do it for $10 a month tho

maybe time to make a paid version for windows users so they can keep their security settings

I ended up just disabling smart app control.

I am also evaluating signature services like SignPath.io (the same one used by smartmontools), but it is going to require a bit of work, so it's not going to happen soon.
