BCacheFS support

I saw in #41 that snapraid has added code to detect btrfs filesystems and create a snapshop before the sync to have a consistent view of the filesystem when operating against a btrfs filesystem.

Would you be open to doing the same for a bcachefs filesystem? I know bcachefs is no longer in the upstream kernel.

I've got some documentation and testing code that's left over from my experiments with adding support. I've rebased onto your latest changes and now mention ZFS and have a makefile target for zfs checks as well. It's on this branch: https://github.com/vamega/snapraid/tree/bcachefs if it's of any help to you.

The tests do test the stable uuid property of bcachefs and zfs. It's mostly a copy of your original btrfscheck.

I had to rework the interface a bit to support ZFS. That one has some really strange behavior... Anyway, now it should be stable for all three: Btrfs, Bcachefs, and ZFS.
