Get ion-tests/good files working

The files in ion-tests are all good ion files and they should highlight correctly. From an initial pass over the files, the ones below appear to have some highlighting issues:

• good/blobs.ion
• good/decimal_e_values.ion
• good/decimal_values.ion
• good/decimal_zeros.ion
• good/decimalsWithUnderscores.ion
• good/timestamp/leapDay.ion
• good/timestamp/timestamps.ion
• good/timestamp/timestampWithTerminatingEof.ion
• good/timestamp/equivTimeline/leapDayRollover.ion
• good/timestamp/equivTimeline/timestamps.ion

Also, I did not go through the equivs/ and non-equivs/ folders exhaustively, but I did see some files that were not highlighting fully there as well.
