perf command from perf6.12 package is missing capabilities that depend libtraceevent.

yes, available.
perf from amzn2extra-kernel-5.10 repo has builtin libtraceevent capabilities.

• perf sched
• perf timechart
• perf trace

these commands depend on libtraceevent, but perf from perf6.12 is built without libtraceevent.
