Problem on Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 #2

It's not works on newer windows like Windows 10/Windows Server 2016, I mean that when We open the browser with our sample page with your player to display, we can only see properly sized canvas and we can take mouse control but we don't see any video, but on the server side its streams directly. Maybe it's problem with FFMPEG on the newer windows? Please help me.
Additionaly, I say you that on CMD.exe, there is info about ENCODER VIDEO &Audio started, but it's only text, so maybe there is some problem?
