Valid date not accepted

It is not mentioned anywhere that dates before year 0001 are not accepted, however this is a (somewhat) valid date. Additionally, negative dates are also not allowed so there is no way to track cheeses that were manufactured for example 4000 years ago.

Rejected because our target user runs a home-based business, and all cheeses added would be created by our target user. Hence there is no need to account for cheeses created in the year 0000 (very far back).
