As an Employee
I want to be able to create gifs with other colleagues
So that I can share gifs with other colleagues on the platform

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: 
Given that an employee make a post request on this endpoint (i.e api/v1/gifs)
When the user provides the required image
Then the image should be created on the platform
