Create a release

Hey, I want to package this for Arch Linux, would it be possible to add a release?

We can do - most of these are just shell scripts - which ones were you interested in?

Basically, everything that is supposed to be consumed -- no tests or example script.

Maybe we should add a install target to the makefile, what do you think?

Not sure if binaries of this repo are really that useful, as most of the code here are examples and/or expect to be modified. @rgetz think the current targets would be useful?
