🎯 User Story: As an internal user, I want to connect my Jira Service Management account so I can import ticket data.

βœ… Acceptance Criteria:

  • βœ… OAuth token flow or API token entry for Jira
  • βœ… Successful test connection stored in DB
  • βœ… Tickets retrievable from connected JSM account

As a connected Jira user, I want to fetch tickets created since a given date so I can later analyze them with AI.

Acceptance Criteria:

βœ… Only available after Jira is connected
βœ… User selects a start date (default: 30 days ago)
βœ… System fetches all issues using Jira REST API
βœ… Fetched tickets are stored in the DB
βœ… Shows number of tickets imported
βœ… Handles pagination and API limits
