MCP view on win desktop version is out of the screen

Description

If there is +24 MCPs installed on OpenCode, they will all arrange vertically and the last couple ones won't be appearing because there is not enough space. So they will be in the bottom behind the taskbar on Windows. so you can't see them at all, and you can toggle them on or off.
