After server reboot service is running but noizdns has to be restarted to be accessible, otherwise inactive

When I reboot the server, the service comes back online automatically, but the tunnel cannot be used anymore until reconfigured. How can I add this as a daemon or cronjob to be reinitialized upon reboot?
