pyconceptev - optislang tests

Tests need to run for two scenarios:

• For when the API is updated, these tests should run against the integration that is hosted in github. (This is still to do).
• For when the integration is updated. These tests should either be run in an ADO pipeline, or when the integration is pushed to github, decision to make.

this is blocked as we don't have access to the integration from the pyconceptev side. We could add these tests to the optislang integration pipline tests.
