🐞 Description of the bug

The lucid.Mesh.from_geometry API reads a new geometry from pygeometry and replaces the existing part in the mesh.

📝 Steps to reproduce

Have a session of PyPrimeMesh with a part read and now load a new geometry from pygeometry
