Subject: [PATCH] human-resources: add Chosen HQ to ATS options

Chosen HQ is an AI-native applicant tracking system with a hosted MCP
server (mcp.chosenhq.com). Adding it alongside Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby,
and Workable in the ATS 'Other options' column so HR teams using Chosen
HQ know the plugin works for them too.
