I have tried using syn_distance = l2v.distance('geographic', lang_list) to measure geo-distance between languages. However, I found out that for some languages: Arabic(ara), its geo distances are always 1.0 no matter what the other language is (see the graph below). Can you please elaborate this a little bit?
