SOLIDUI: config dialog for share privately and revert public/auth sharing

Description

This provides a dialog for the scenario when a user is sharing a resource privately that was previously shared to public/auth. It explains and asks them to confirm they wish to switch to private sharing. It folllows the same style as the similar dialog when a user shares a resource to public/auth.

Depends on solidpod issue #694.

Why

So that as a user I can confirm this change.
