Add Geha et al. 2026 to LVDB

This commit 9914bd3 includes updates for all GCs that had metallicities from the Harris 1996 catalog (or 2010 version). Most of the velocities were also updated. This includes most of the GCs in Geha et al.

Some dwarf galaxies have been updated. These are mostly the obvious updates. 1e2b73f

The previous commit has the paper 1 as the citation for velocity and metallicity but the metallicity measurements are in paper 2 only. This commit cites paper 2 for the metallicity.

At this point I've finished all the planned updates for systems in paper 2 in this commit (modulo some reference checks): f1d8143

I will look at the systems in paper 1 but not paper 2 next.
