AIP - 68 AI Rules for templated react projects

It would be a nice improvement if the React plugin template generator could be configurable and ask the user if he wants some AI rules to be included in the generated template.

That could help users, especially those that are not familiar with React to get started quickly.

I had a doubt though, do I need to include the AI rules (in the form of comments) or just focus on making it configurable?
and how do I make it configurable?

I think the best option is to make those rules "markdown files" and they should be hardcoded in the template generator.

When running the template generator, it should ask the user if he wants to include such AI agent coding rules, and if answered yes, the directory containing the rules should be copied over. If answered no, we should skip this step.

Each AI tool (cursor, etc...) have their own way of specifying them, in cursor they need to be in a .cursor/rules directory, and file extension .mdc, I don't think we can handle all cases at this point, so just moving markdowns to ai-agent-rules and inform the user that he needs to update them depending on their IDE / AI agent is a good start
