Tested 5 RC providers on Python 3.12 (macOS), verifying code-level fixes are present and functional:

common.sql 1.34.0rc1 (3 PRs):

• Removed logging of rows length in SQLInsertRowsOperator to avoid crash on non materialized rows #63346: len(rows) removed from SQLInsertRowsOperator._insert_rows and GenericTransfer._insert_rows. Non-materialized iterables (generators) no longer crash. Type hint updated to accept Iterable.
• Simplify default rows limit return result #64183: execute_query accepts max_rows parameter, uses df.limit(max_rows + 1) for efficient row capping at engine level.
• Fix provider YAML validation for common SQL analytics operator #63393: AnalyticsOperator imports successfully without datafusion installed — lazy import with AirflowOptionalProviderFeatureException works correctly.

git 0.3.0rc1 (1 PR):

• Fix shell injection in GitHook SSH passphrase askpass script #64126: shlex.quote() replaces bare single-quote pattern in _passphrase_askpass_env. Tested with passphrases containing ', $(...), backticks, ;, newlines — all safely escaped.

common.compat 1.14.2rc1 (1 PR):

• Remove usage of deprecated module airflow.security.permissions in common compat provider #63335: Constants RESOURCE_ASSET, RESOURCE_ASSET_ALIAS, RESOURCE_BACKFILL, RESOURCE_DAG_VERSION defined directly. No dependency on deprecated airflow.security.permissions.

• Refactor HttpAsyncHook to support session-based async HTTP operations and simplify LivyAsyncHook #60458: HttpAsyncHook.session() method exists with session-based pattern.
• FIX: Allow override of HTTP method in run_method of LivyAsyncHook #64150: session() accepts method parameter, enabling HTTP method override needed by LivyAsyncHook.

postgres 6.6.2rc1 (1 PR):

• Add validation for missing host and cluster/workgroup identifier in aws iam token retrieval #61965: get_aws_iam_token now raises ValueError when host is None and cluster-identifier/workgroup-name not set in extras. Old unsafe cast("str", conn.host).split(".") pattern removed.

All checks pass. LGTM for release.

Tested cncf.kubernetes==10.15.0rc1 — functional validation of #63478 (verify_ssl=False propagation to ApiClient).

Set up a kind cluster (self-signed cert, CN=kubernetes) and ran against the RC package on Python 3.12 (macOS):

1. verify_ssl=True + CA cert → connects successfully (baseline)
2. verify_ssl=False without CA cert → connects successfully (fix confirmed)

Verified apache-airflow-providers-cncf-kubernetes==10.15.0rc1 for PR #63569 (Fix KubernetesJobOperator failing when pods are deleted after job completion).

Test environment:

• Python 3.12
• RC package installed: apache-airflow-providers-cncf-kubernetes==10.15.0rc1

Verification:
Confirmed the fix is present in the RC (ApiException 404 handling in execute_complete).

Ran all three unit tests added by the fix :

• test_execute_complete_pod_not_found_skips_logs — PASSED (404 is caught, logs skipped, task succeeds)
• test_execute_complete_pod_api_error_reraises — PASSED (non-404 errors still raised)
• test_execute_complete_multi_pod_partial_not_found — PASSED (deleted pod skipped, surviving pod logs written)

Result: The fix works as expected in the RC.

Tested amazon: 9.24.0rc1 — Add skip_on_exit_code support to EcsRunTaskOperator (#63274)

Verified in Breeze (Python 3.10): skip_on_exit_code parameter is present in EcsRunTaskOperator signature and correctly normalizes int input to list (e.g., skip_on_exit_code=2 → [2]).
