Docker Hub Updates

Hi, just reaching out to see if there is a reason that the docker hub image has not been updated much lately. I would prefer to consistently pull updates from here rather than having to manually update a repo.

Nevermind, it looks like ghcr is used instead: https://ghcr.io/mitre/caldera
