Does not build on Python 3.14.3

Caldera v5.3 does not build for python 3.14.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download caldera
2. Download python 3.14.3
3. Install caldera requirements
4. Install nodejs
5. Attempt to start server

I performed these same steps with python version 3.13.12 and had no issues.

Recommend updating readme to state supports python 3.10 - 3.13.
